Today, print quality monitoring is not
by vision but by numbers.
NCPL has deployed resources to implement
process control practices that ensure
print quality parameters
are met. They include:
In house reverse osmosis plant to provide
quality water for all production process
needs.
Dust free pre-press and press rooms that
are temperature and humidity controlled.
Colour Management System.
3 hour checks to maintain conductivity,
pH, and temperature of dampening solution
at optimum level.
Half-hour checks to maintain ink density
using X Rite Spectro Densitometer
