Communications

Orders are fulfilled by Mail, Fax or Phone - As part of NCPL’s Project Management facility, NCPL offers a range of logistics and materials handling services to help clients ‘complete the job’.

NCPL has easy access to the Chennai international airport serviced by most of the world’s leading    airlines.
A modern seaport ensures bulk transport of products efficiently.
NCPL also employs the services of world-class courier companies like FedEx, DHL, and TNT to ensure    that products reach their destination on time, every time.
Blue Dart, Professional Couriers, and Overnite Express are used to courier products across India.
NCPL uses GATI Desk-to-Desk Couriers and SafeExpress for delivery of products by road. Wheels    Parcel Service and Span Courier Service ensure effective movement by rail.
Shipping through customers’ preferred carrier is also undertaken.

Environmental Control

NCPL has a dedicated commitment to the environment.
Waste paper is sorted into mechanical and wood-free grades.
Based on the level of ink density, the waste-products go through various recycling processes.
Used film and plates are sent to recycling firms.
All chemicals are disposed off safely.
NCPL has implemented a system that uses electromagnetic fields to break water surface tension on    Heidelberg presses. This reduces alcohol consumption to almost nothing.

Documenting the organization’s systems and procedures
Demonstrating that the products produced meet quality expectation demands
Conducting regular Internal Quality Audits to identify mistakes and potential problems that are then    analysed for root cause, corrective/preventive action taken, verification of action carried out,    effectiveness of action measured, and mid course corrections made where necessary.
Conducting brainstorming sessions and sustained improvement projects
   Encourage employee suggestion schemes
Maintain quality circles.
Regular training to employees to acquire, improve, and refresh skill sets.
Employee empowerment and participation is encouraged to keep motivation high.
